Restored my faith in Bertuccis. Great service great food.

Tuscan Wings and Bread/Oil were delicious. Could eat those wings all night. The main courses were underwhelming in comparison. Chicken parmesan was quite under-seasoned and the Frutti di Mare seafood was considerably overcooked although sauce was tasty. Didn't feel as if we had good value for the cost. Mains came too soon after apps but staff very friendly and helpful. Expected a little more consistency from a chain restaurant.

When I go there, the hostess is friendly along with person that waits on me. Food is good & if you don't like the dish you ordered, they will switch it out for something else not having you pay for dish you didn't like. I really appreciated that. There are free refills on certain drinks, but the wait staff hardly ever return to your table to see how you are doing or ask if you need anything.
